Because every product is made just for you, we do not accept returns or size/color exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item shows up looking like it lost a fight with a weed whacker, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll get you a replacement or a refund. We may ask for a photo of the damage — not because we don’t believe you, but because Printful needs it for quality control.

Order Not Received

If your order never arrives and it’s been 30+ days past the expected delivery date, reach out. We’ll help sort it out.

Wrong Address or Carrier Issues

If an order is returned due to an invalid address or a shipping carrier mess-up, we’ll offer to reship it.
